Small antique oak seat

Description I believe the red covering is origional. It is tacked on not stapled or glued. The seller stated she thought the item was over 100 yrs. old. I noticed on the web that there was a John Stuart that worked for the Stickley Furn, Co. I wonder if this could be the same person. There is a paper glued to the underside that says: Stock No. 440 ; Finish Oak ; Uph. No. 11; Upholstering Material Contains 47% Rayon.
