Old Upholstered Chair with curved back and all wood frame

Description This chair has a hole in the top arm upholstery, one leg has large metal screws in it because it has a crack in it, bottom of another leg is worn (so it is a tiny bit shorter. The upholstery is stained and worn. I don't know if this chair is a "TLC" clearner uper, project. Or a piece that no one wants and has no value. If it is antique, I was thinking it could be sold. Have no idea on the age, would you please help me with this, what style it is, and with a value. Thank you!
