Hello, My grandmother had a teaset in this pattern. For some reason, the tea set was split between her daughters when she died. I have one piece. I just purchased the coffee pot (at 13" tall, it is taller than the tea pot) on Ebay for $45.00. I believe you may actually have the coffee pot rather than the teapot. There were a few pieces on Ebay that I missed while I was on vacation this fall. I checked the sale price after I returned; and all of them sold for less than $50.00. I was surprised that the pieces were sold individually rather than as a set. A few years ago, a four piece set of the Saint James pattern that was "chased" (lightly engraved with a design), sold for over $500.00. My understanding was that it was more valuable because it was from the early 1900s and was rare. I noted in the listing that you said that you wished to list the items as being for sale. If you are interested in selling the pieces you have, I would be interested in purchasing them as a group or individually. I am particularly interested in the creamer and sugar bowl, but would happily purchase all three. We could discuss a fair price.
