Chinese Statue of Bald Man With Long Beard, Posed With Deer and Children

Description Statue depicting a Chinese male figure (maybe Chinese deity Sau, God of Longetivity?), with domed head, and long flowing beard, holding an upright branch/stick in both hands. Has what appears to be a deer (another symbol of longetivity) standing in front, with a small figure sitting on deer's back. Another small figure to right of male figure. Bird perched adjacent to male figure's left elbow. Item was originally glued to black display base (There is information in Chinese characters under the base). Item is intact, though there are what appear to be faded markings on male figure's clothing. Item is very solid, and heavy for size.
