Wedgwood tile

Description Blue and White tile with 4 very young children...the tile reads "By Doing Nothing WE Learn To Do Ill". The child laying down on the bottom of the tile appears to be drinking from a liquor barrel. I collect some wedgwood, primarily basalt but, thought this was interesting.
