Description I purchased this oil painting on canvas just recently at a church rummage sale. I paid less than $10.00 for it. To me it appears to be a Southwest American desert scene with the desert floor in the foreground, and red rock mountain is dominant though in the background.I have no knowledge of this painting of where it came from or when it was painted or purchased.the signatrue is simply Hartman, no initials or year, that I could find even with magnification. Back of frame says Fredric 16.Painting is 16 x 20, frame is 23 x 27 1/2 weighs 5 1/2 lbs.I do not see any damage.Thank you in advance for any help you might offer.
