Colbalt Blue Vase with Gold Birds on Branches sold at Ovington's

Description This was a gift to my mother about 30 years ago so it would be over 60 years old or older now. My aunt told my mother it came from a very upscale store in New Youk and she was to never sell it. It has so noticable marks but some can not be made out. The birds and leaves are very detailed on a deep blue background. I was told this is a museum piece but can find nothing that looks like it. Was told one time it was a Schneider but again cannot find anything that looks like this. It has twin scrolled handles.
