Description The base of the neck has a large golden eagle with wings spread out and a banner under neath the wing tips and feet that are red and blue and says 1776 to 1976 on each green end banner. underneath the seat has an M marking and stamp that says: A. House or(Hoose) - E.A 1776/1796 775
