Antique or vintage Mabe Blister pearl pendant with sterling silver dragons

Description My Grandmother lived all over Asia, the orient and Pan-Pacific, so no telling where it came from. It is marked sterling on the back, however, the "g" has worn off. It looks to be hand carved. The Mabe or Blister pearl is abt 1"x1/2" teardrop shape. There are two dragon heads flanking either side of the "blister" and and two tails that look like they belong to a sea creature of some sort flanking the top.
