Description Manufactured by Simpson Hall Miller and Company which is engraved on underside of base along with the #12. Oval jwrly box made of based metal with quadruple silver plate. Top is engraved with the word Jewels and several ferns are also engraved on top . Top lifts off. Base has 4 round ball feet and sides are all engraved with raised flowers and fern designs.
