George Washington Stamp

Appraisal complete
Description This item is something that I have not seen befor. It is what looks like an ink stamp or possibly a wax stamp. I know that it is old from the way it is made. The top portion with George Washington is attached to the walnut wood with two pins. Could possibly be other kind of wood but looks like walnut. I have had this for some time now and people keep wanting to buy it from me. It is not for sale at this time and I am more interested in finding out what it is or what someone that has delt with antiques for a long time might think about it. Any help on the identification would be appreciated.I have attached photos of this item. Thanks Ron Millican 903-622-4644
