Hand painted antique (?) porcelain (?) fruit bowl (?) latticed Marked "Italy VIII"

Description Has very old but beautiful look to it. Obviously painted (not stenciled. Obvious flaw is two missing feet on base. It stands level and relatively stable on two feet. Interesting in that it's not symetrical in terms of design or color. I've done a little researched on the mark but don't know if the VIII refers to a geographical area, time frame, or a Monarch. Possibly capodemonte?
