Description silver plated basket with hinge handle. Base of handle has scroll design with flower such as a daisy in center. Handle has a ruffled fringe about 6 inches long the handle that is about 3/4 high in center and tapers. Edges of bowl are ruffled or scalloped. center has a shallow indent approx 6 inches diameter, surrounded by wildflowe type design.
