Description I have a difficult time describing this piece as it is really quite fetching. It has a nearly unblemished wooden body, perhaps black laquer as well. It has a steel frame and handle that has essencially no rust. Metal wheels with white tires. It has an oil cloth hood that is in terrific condition. A three teired pad for the inside that is quite old but not cracked with origianl leather strap buckles. The inside is smooth and has comversion available for a toddler or two to sit upright.
