Description I have tried researching this before without luck. It is made of some kind of grapevine type material. The wheels look to be hammered as do the springs. It is lined with a black cloth material which matches the top. The top looks like it would go up and down but I was afraid of breaking it so didn't try. I list it as a toy but two different people suggested that it was a salesman's sample. Any information at all would be appreciated. If you can help with a value that would be nice also. Thank You
