Description I picked up this Jar of sorts at a garage same yesterday, It is 7 1/2 inches tall and 4 inches wide in the center, the cap screws on. On the bottom it is : BARDOUR S.P. Co INTERNATIONAL 3856 28 There is what looks like an Old Windmill with like two pipes, one on each side between the International and the 3856
