Antique 1855 Cognac bottle

Description The nose(4")is aqua green and bottom (16") is brown. Three stars on the top half moon shaped emblem. Middle emblem three crowns above a man on a horse carrying a sword in center. Left bottom corner coin shaped with face in the center and the words "NAPOLEON III EMPEREUR" circling the face. Other wordings: Right bottom corner frayed."PRINTED IN FRANCE" (tiny letters), "ENTERED AT STATIONERS HAL_ __ "(frayed), "TFPCSEC", "MENTIONS F_ _ _ ORABLL_ _"(frayed). On the back top (level with front emblem) blown raised 1/4" lettering "FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR RE-USE OF THIS BOTTLE",on the back bottom blown raised 1/2" lettering "JULES ROBIN & CE" below that "COGNAC, FRANCE". This is a very large bottle.

History I know it is over 200 years old, authentic, bought it at garage sale 10 years ago. I might sell it if it's worth good money. Need it appraised please.
