Silvertone Accordian

Description It was given to me by my grandpa before he passed on. The print on the front of the accordian reads Silvertone, and the print on the back either reads L 3 26 / 100 Made In Italy I'm assuming it was made in 1926 because of the printing... Would that be a correct assumption? I cant be sure if it says L 3 26 / 100 or L S 26 / 100. I'ts really hard to tell.
