Description comes with certificate of authenticity of "THE MARGAY"comes in original box that it came in, has brochure of long history of the margay and picture, the story of the acrobattic cat and a map of where they are found. also has a picture and history of all the pictures artis has been and about him. the plate has his signature, and this artist signs each work with a racoon paw hidden somewhere in background, a reminder of his humble years. has another brochure with color picture of plate and more history.and a picture of the back of plate.

I hate to say this but Knowles collectors plates with very rare exceptions are terrible for investment purposes, few if any have even maintain their original retail value even thirty years later. The Rockwell plates routinely sell for less than $12.00 at auction and in many cases retail for less than $25.00.
