The poster is a reprint made September 22, 1986, and you are correct, it would be very difficult to find because alot of classic memorabilia such as that was destroyed or made in such scarce quantities that little made it to our shores. It says that Lenin will lead the People to a better way. I can't get a decent read on the large letters.

Well, the best place would be eBay, and you're not going to get a whole lot sadly because it is a REPRODUCTION of the original poster. The most that I would personally expect to get on eBay would be $3-6, but if you find someone out in the world face-to-face who collects these things, I'd expect a private buyer to pay somewhere around $15-20. My recommendation is to hang on to it for future values.
