Qing Dynasty Cinnabar carved tray

Description I'd like any information about this piece. The picture doesn't do it much justice. The border you'll see a dragon and a phoenix. In the picture there's two men, one handing a sword to another. You can see the details of the homes or the village..also I at the very top of the mountain. It is in excellent reasonable condition. From what I read it could be from the 17th century.
