What you have is a telegraph sounder. The pictures are a little dark, from what I can see you can expect $20.00 to $60.00 in a retail setting. Had it been cleaner (ie "brighter" metal) maybe it would've been able to fetch a little more, up to 100. Don't attempt to clean it though - best to sell it "as found"... Tim
