Description Large picture of medieval (?) couple, cannot tell if this is a print or a painting (have not taken the frame apart to inspect and am unable to tell by looking at it through glass). In gold ornate frame Printe measures 17" x 25", frame measures 31" x 39" (appears to be plaster material frame painted gold).

It's probably turn of the 19th century, generally the name of the original artist , publisher, engraver and date can be found below the margin on these prints. Sometimes this is hidden by the mat border, you'd have to remove the print from the frame to find this information.
