Description

There are several markings and Hallmarks: An English Lion Passant, a Lions head with out crown and a lower case q. I did some research and found out that it is silver and was made in London around 1911 by Philip Hanson Abbot. (PHA hallmark). On the base it is stamped Made In England for Tiffany & Co. and there is also a number.
