Napco Lady Head Vase S569B

Appraisal complete
Description

Wearing a black strapless dress, off one shoulder, with white polka dots. Ceramic bow on hat. The photo posted is similar to what I have (I don't have a photo to post yet). The only difference is she is not wearing a glove, her hand has red nail polish to match her lipstick. All the others I have found online have the glove. She also still has what I believe is the original ribbon threaded through her hat. She is in pristine condition, no chips, cracks, paint missing or any other defects. The ones I have found are numbered S569A, rather than B, so I am wondering if this is a more rare version?
