This is one of two collector plates that I have in the series..looking to value the plates for insurance reasons..if that will even be neccessary.

I hate to say this but collectors plates with very rare exceptions are terrible for investment purposes, few if any have even maintained their original retail value even thirty years later. The Knowles plates routinely sell for less than $12.00 at auction and in many cases retail for less than $25.00.
