Antique Smoking Pipe - Goedewaagen Holland

Description

The pipe is discolored from use, but in otherwise good condition.  I'm not sure if the pipe stem is original, or not.  It seems to be made from Bakelite and it is no longer shiny, so it certainly seems like the correct material and age.

Based on the marking it most likely postdates 1891, pipes like these were generally "Made for export" items for tourists. Most comparable pipes sell for under $30.00 at auction.
