This piece is 2 pieces. The bottom and then the detachable hutch(?) It's rounded measurements are:61"wide, 21"depth, 60"high(w/hutch). The top drawer has green felt lining with compartments. The 2 doors have old style key holes. All of the drawers have dove-tailed joints on all corners. The drawer pulls are not drilled all the way through like modern knobs/drawer pulls. The only metal is on the knobs and the door hinges. There are NO markings or stamping anywhere-the only "marking" is at the back of one drawer, like a carving in small. says "xxxxxxxv", but I'm not sure that means anything. Any information on this piece would be greatly appreciated. Wood type, age, style,?? estimated worth?though not going to sell-fell in love with it on site. Also if you have any tips on refinishing the top? There are lots of marks from drinks on the top. This is my first real antique buy.
