Description

Silver enclosed candle holder with markings World (possibly, the D is missing) Z.Y India on the bottom. The top and bottom have intricate floral, vine, and leaf engravings. The body of the item is scalloped. There are 3 legs on the bottom with a swirl design. The bottom of the item has two prongs. When you twist the bottom it comes off and can be locked using the prongs and grooves in the bottom.
