Watercolor - Niagara Falls, Turn of the century

Painting was purchased from his brothers estate, Admiral Sir Wilmont Fawkes in 1925-6 in Crowborough, Sussex England. The painting seems to be a gift from sibling to the other, Still in original frame with label from the framemaker whole and intact. I can not tell if the actual painting is signed as there is the 3" matt surrounding a portion of the painting. In remarkable condition with no spotting on the painting whatso ever. Files are to big for close up of labels but they are original to the framing of the painting

Framed by Samuel Jennings of London Est 1824 and his labelis still on it. Frame has wooden back and has never been opened. There are no spots or deterioration of any kind. Remarkable condition
