Edison Dicatating Ediphone

Description

I purchased this at a garage sale this summer. A local farming family was clearing out the attic for storage. The husband had a bunch of antiques he'd bought from auctions and the wife was gettin rid of what she seen as junk. I think she did it without him knowing.

Here are some links that detail how a Ediphone works, the history and the different dicatating machines.
