The Tower by Salvador Dali. It is a lithograph no. 158 of 250 signed by the artist in pencil. The right edge of the paper is rough (not a straight cut). The paper measures 19 x 30in and the picture is 12 3/4 x 24 in.

This looks to be an original lithograph, but similar to your Peter Max painting it could potentially be worth a great deal of money - even as a litho.  Take this to a reputable art dealer for an appraisal such as Sothebys or Bonhams.
