Description
I bought this in a garage sale. IT is in perfect condition. The bowl is a rolled rim optic eye, with the eyes going right over the rim, to the base in graduated sizes. The bottom of the vase is flat. At first I thought it was a light fixture cover, but the base is flat. I would like to know it's make and approximate value. A beautiful piece.
