Jovan Obican Artwork

Description

Would love to know if anyone knows anything about this artist - Jovan Obican (believe it is the father and not the son Lazar) who did this artwork. I think this is a lithograph, a limited edition, signed in pencil by Obican not sure when.  But the number is IX/M (9 out of 1000).  Would love to know if there's anything significant about it, value, correct title, etc.  On the net, it's been called Flying Carpet, Immigrants or Yemenite Exodus.  It is framed in gold with matting and on the back it was purchased from Marlin Art in Deerpark New York.  Any thoughts on this is much appreciated.
