Possible qianlong statue

Description

I don't know much about this item, but a chinese man told me it may be real ox bone and that underneath it reads qian long and maybe from early 1900's.  Any information would be so appreciated.  I may wish to sell at a later date but I have no idea if it is of any value.  I don't know who is the statue of, artist or value.  Can you help?
