Description

I am not exactly sure what this is.  It is in excellent condition with all caps and box kept with tools included.

I have been told it is an Engineering Compass from the 1940's.  Looking for more information and approximate value for sale.

History I inherited this from a family member that was in construction in the 40s-70s. I have been told this is an Engineering Compass. When I looked into Tamaya I saw Sextant, but not sure what this is. It has been kept in the box at all times.
