John A. Dunn dining room chair, Minn. Transfer, Minn., No. 1092

Appraisal complete
Description

My sister-in-law has asked me to find out some history about this chair.  I am attaching a photo of the chair and a photo of the sketch she made of the circle & words on the bottom of the chair.  It is oak, standard dining room chair size, fairly heavy weight, and has the following information on the bottom: "John A. Dunn Co., Minnesota Transfer, Minnesota, Established 1839, Incorporated 1907, and No.  ?  1092".  The question mark refers to a mark like a backwards "S".  Any information we can get will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
