ALL I KNOW ABOUT THIS PITCHER IS THAT THE PAIRPOINT MFG CO MERGED WITH MT WASHINGTON GLASS IN 1894 AND BECAME THE PAIRPOINT COMPANY. MY PITCHER HAS A PAIRPOINT MFG. CO STAMP ON THE BOTTOM. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION...DON'T HAVE IT IN FRONT OF ME RIGHT NOW. NOT SURE IF IT IS SILVER OR PEWTER...THE EXTERIOR IS EITHER PEWTER OR DIRTLY SILVER...THE INTERIOR LID IS DEFINITELY SILVER SO THE EXTERIOR MAY ALSO BE...THE INTERIOR ENAMEL IS IN PERFECT CONDITION. HAVE ONLY SEEN ONE MORE EVEN REMOTELY LIKE IT AND NOT AS LARGE.
