16k white Gold Powder Horn

Description

I aquired this at an antique store here locally in Alberta Canada. It is stamped 16k and a capital M. It is white gold and bone. I tried to attach a magnet to the gold but it won't stick. This is a little trick an old fellow told me years ago to test for gold. if the magnet doesn't stick then it is gold. Other than that I do not know the value or any other information. If someone could help me out with the value and time period I would really appreciate it.
