Old Beltrame

However, I came into possession of this painting with the name Beltrame which looks almost identical to the painting at the address above. When looking at Achille Beltrame’s signature in his confirmed work, it is different. However, based on the previous article, he signed his name a little different during his earlier works. Is this true, or is this a different artist. See my picture below: Any help or advise would be appreciated.
