How are you searching? If you use keywords from your item then it will show up. The only exception is if you just posted your item then it may take up to 30 minutes to show up in the Search. You can also do a search using quotation marks. For instance, let's say you just posted an item titled "Parker Vintage Fountain Pen" - if you put that in quotes you'll see your item too. You can also click on "Your Account" and view the items you posted that way as well. You can also always ask Support for help at the "Help" link at the top right of every page.
