this civil war era pistol is in excellent condition. all original, 5 shot 32cal. rimfire. it was purchased from a man ( in his mid 60's) that said it had been in his family over 100 years. the last time it had been fired was in the 1950's when his grandfather handed it down to his father. when his dad was passing it to him he told his dad he remembered when his grampa fired it off and he did not have to shoot it for him. this man was going to pass it to his son. but he is in college and wanted him to sell it and just give him money instead. and so i came along and bought the gun. but i am a long rifle collector and would like to sell it or trade for an old rifle the same value
