A very old change purse

This change purse was given to my by my Dad years ago. This was about 60 years ago.

Its very old . I am not sure where it was made . If someone knows maybe you can help me out and give me some information on it. I had a person look at it from an antique shop, he told me it had glass beads hanging on it. He told me it was a very beautiful piece.
