Which oil painter has monogram K overlapped with a J or L (looking like a J)

I have an antique oil painting of arural scene with carts, horses and windmill. Looks like Turner era. Monogram is on bottom right of picture and and a K with what looks like a J overlapping. Any help much appreciated.
