Needs some TLC, not sure if the actual mechanics work. Height 38", width 18" solid bronze. Depending on taste it could use a polish. I've researched the clock maker and Baillon appears to have been a very sought out craftsman back in about the 1800's briefly worked for Marie Ntoinette. It's not perfect but for the age it is in wonderful condition. The face is chipping, but not so bad you can't still see the numbers or use the proper measures to prevent it from continuing without damaging the original craftsmanship. Hand crafted, beautiful work. I have never seen such beauty. I wish I had somewhere to put it. I am still years away from having somehwhere proper to display this beauty without risking more damage. I've seen items such as this range from $1,200 to auction for over $7,500. Make an offer
