Rice Paper painting

Category
Paintings
Condition
Good
Description

Painting on what I believe is rice paper...I have googled and binged but have found nothing like this. I can't even read the artist name. I recieved this as a gift about 13 years ago and its just been sitting in my hope chest. The gifter at the time told me they purchased it from a pawn shop. The paint is bright and does not seem faded anywhere. There is a crack in the paper where it looks like it may have been folded at one time. Any info would be appreciated.

Condition
Excellent
Description

We have had a set of what appear to be Capodimonte cups and saucers.  We have had them sitting in a cabinet for over 30 years.  Are they actual Capodimonte's from the factory is the question.
