Mikuni China pattern?

Category
China
Condition
Excellent
Description

I recently purchased a 54 piece set of Mikuni china. As I started researching the pattern and company I haven't been able to find out anything. So far all the Mikuni patterns I've found have been flowery or of wheat, I haven't really even found anything comperable to the pattern I acquired. I'm hoping to find out any information on the pattern, its age, and the company.

Antique suitcase

Category
Furniture
Condition
Poor
Description

I believe this suitcase comes from Belgium. It's in rough shape. I am not sure if it was painted after purchase or if it is original. This was my grandparents and it was given to me after they had passed away. There is a marking on it that says "Mine Safety Appliance Co" There is a pocket inside and looks like it could have been used for equipment. Sorry I couldn't get the pictures inside as with all the content in it, it is too heavy for me to lift.

Unknown Metal Bowl and Spoon

Category
Metalware
Condition
Fair
Description

Bowl is about the size of the palm of my hand, and may be made out of brass. The sides are carved with leaves and decorative lines, and the bottom of the bowl is smooth with no carving. The spoon is ornately carved, and has what appears to be a lion on the top of the handle. The back of the spoon is also smooth and has no carving.

antique peg rocker

Category
American Furniture
Condition
Excellent
Description

I have an antique rocker that is made with pegs - no nails whatsoever.  It is in very good condition and very solid.  I am not sure if this is considered "Mission" furniture, or what.  I have been told it was from the 1800s and came from an old church in West Virginia.  That is all I know about history and can not verify that information.   Any idea you can give to me about its value will be greatly appreciated

Lost History

Category
Autographs
Condition
Good
Description

This is one of three old documents. The documents are original one of a kind. I recieved them from his last living direct decendents. He was elected to the supreme court of the state of Flordia in 1912. He was the elected  Attorney and counsler of the supreme court of the united states in 1897. Cooper was a rising star in politics and about to run for senator of Georgia. His fall came when he defended a black man in Georgia against the state. The man was on trial for murder. Cooper unfortinatly lost the case but did get the sentence reduced to life in prison instead of death. Which during this time period was huge. His career unfortunatl went down hill from this point. he lost his running for senate. But contined to practice law until he passed. He was from Macon,  Georgia.  The first document is on the correct time period paper with the state of flordias seal. The document also includes the signatures of James B. Whitfeild cheif justice

R.F. Taylor ,  Thomas M. Shakleford,  Robert S. cockrell, Willam A. Hocker , and M.H. Mabry clerk   I would like to Know the value of the document and will be sending the other two shortly.
