Based on what I can see in the image your cabinet dates from the first quarter of the 20th Century, so yes it's getting close to 100 years old, but it is not rare. It is mass produced factory made item , most furniture makers produced similar pices until World War Two (1939). At auction comparable pieces generally sell for less than $250.00.
