This chair has been around for all of my 72 years. It was my father's chair while he served in the Army Reserve after World War II. That is all I really know about it.
Hi I picked this up about 35-40 years ago, I never opened it because I didn’t want to damage it.
some things in life are better to leave as a mystery.
I believe it contains coasters or rug protectors?
any information would be appreciated and helpful please and thank you!
Hello!
My grandma passed away last Christmas and I have some old furniture I’m looking to repurpose since it takes up a lot of space. I don’t know any details about this table however I do know my grandma has pictures with it dating back to the 70s and it’s still intact. Please help me find out if it’s even worth anything or I should just get rid of it. I’m having such a hard time letting it go.
Twin headboard and foot board. metal plaque on back of headboard Paine Furniture Company unsure of style or what wood type it is. Cherry maybe, or just cherry stain.
Very small purse that was from my grandmother. Not sure of where she got it, or how it came to me! Just wondering what it is. Is it a doll purse, or just a small purse. The outside is mother of pearl, and the front has painted flowers on it. The inside is a really good condition!
Dresser unit in three parts (base with four drawers), top, and Drawer/mirror unit. Blackened wood surrounding the drawers. Veneered edging (some is damaged).13
