this looks like a miniature of some kind-stands 22 in high …it flips over and the shelf on the bottom is then on the top..has 4 legs with metal claw feet…what is this?
We have a round antique table w/an inlaid floral design also has 2 birds & a dragonfly. Wings of the dragonfly may be mother of pearl. It has a removable glass top w/ brass handles. The glass is surrounded by wood that has carved design. Underneath the top is carved and the legs are also. The table stands appox. 20" high x 24" wide. It belonged to my husband's parents & they brought it over from England. My husband is 52 years old & they owned it before he was born.
The bangle is thick and heavy looks handcrafted, The bangle has no hallmark stamps, it is unmarked, it is embossed with leaves. it also has a saftey clasp.
I bought this from a Goodwill Store, but it came in the box they got it in. The box was brown and was marked "The Agoura Antique Mart". I've been searching all over the net trying to find it with no luck. I found the antique mart in CA. but that's about it. I have no clue what store there sold it either. I would like to find out what it is worth along with about how old is it? The pictures posted are all I have right now, the bottom is just gold colored with a embossed dot pattern on it, no makers mark or emblem. It also has a magnetic closure. A very secure one. If you hold it upside down it doesn't budge. If anyone can tell me anything I would appreciate it. It is a lovely piece I just want to know how lovely LOL j/k seriously though since it came in that box it definitely got me curious as to it's age and value. Thanks!
